Director

Andrew joined the Corporate Department as a solicitor in October 2013 having spent six months of his training contract with the firm.

Andrew advises on all aspects of general corporate and commercial law, including acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations and shareholder and investment agreements as well as non-transactional services, including commercial agreements and terms of business.

During his training , Andrew also gained experience in commercial property and employment law, which enables him to give businesses commercially sound advice across the board.

Andrew is well known both locally and beyond for his high level corporate and commercial advice and also for his knowledge of how businesses run on a day to day basis. Andrew takes the time to understand his clients and their undertakings.  He is well respected amongst his peers and, importantly, his colleagues.

Andrew became a Partner with the firm on 1st April 2020, and a director on incorporation in October 2020.

Andrew grew up in Oxfordshire attending Abingdon School before moving to Bournemouth University and to BPP (Holborn) in London to complete his studies.

Andrew’s other interest include sport having played semi-professional football and County tennis.
