Olivia started her legal career in 2020 and joined our private client department in June 2023, qualifying as a solicitor in December 2024. She has specialised in wills, trusts and probate work during that time and works closely with Gareth Parry as she develops her knowledge.

A law graduate of Newcastle University, Olivia achieved a distinction in her legal practice qualification with masters degree. She plans to continue her studies and become a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Whilst Olivia undertakes a wide variety of private client work, she predominantly focuses on administering estates and has a solid understanding of the inheritance tax framework. Olivia also assists clients with preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and in inheritance tax planning and mitigation.

Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys spending time with her fox red labrador, Wellie, hiking and socialising with friends.
